By using Spencer Hiring Co. services, submitting a job application, or communicating with us via text, form, or any other channel, you agree to these Terms of Service. Spencer Hiring Co. is a service of Totality LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Cody, Wyoming.

2. Services

Spencer Hiring Co. provides AI-powered hiring assistance services to businesses in Wyoming, Montana, and surrounding areas. Services include automated applicant screening, interview scheduling, and hiring workflow automation. We operate as a recruiting service — we screen and present candidates to client businesses and do not guarantee employment outcomes for applicants.

3. For Job Applicants

By submitting an application through Spencer Hiring Co. — whether via text keyword, online form, or other method — you acknowledge that:

• Your application will be reviewed by AI-powered screening systems
• Qualified applicants may be required to complete identity verification before receiving an interview booking link
• Your information may be shared with client businesses for whom you are being considered
• Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or employment offer
• You consent to receive text messages related to your application as described in Section 6

4. Identity Verification Requirement

Applicants who pass our AI screening process may be required to complete identity verification via Persona (withpersona.com) before receiving an interview booking link. This step verifies that the person presenting for an interview is the same individual who was screened and approved.

Failure or refusal to complete verification will result in the applicant not receiving an interview booking link. This policy exists to protect client businesses and ensure the integrity of our placement process. No adverse action is taken based on the content of your identification — verification is used only to confirm identity.

5. AI-Powered Communications & Disclosure

Spencer Hiring Co. uses AI-powered automated systems to conduct applicant screening, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up communications. These systems may operate under a designated name for communication purposes and are not human representatives.

You may request to speak with a human at any time by replying HUMAN to any text message or by contacting us directly at 307.250.6079 or [email protected].

6. SMS Communication & Opt-In

By submitting an application or texting our number, you consent to receive text messages from Spencer Hiring Co. / Totality LLC related to your application, interview scheduling, and hiring process updates. If separately consented, you may also receive general hiring tips and updates.

Your phone number and SMS consent data are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. For Business Clients

Client businesses engaging Spencer Hiring Co. for hiring services agree to separate service agreements defining scope, pricing, and terms. Monthly service fees are billed as agreed. Spencer Hiring Co. presents pre-screened candidates but does not guarantee placement, retention, or employment suitability. Clients are responsible for final hiring decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spencer Hiring Co. and Totality LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to hiring outcomes, applicant conduct, or employment decisions made by client businesses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Park County, Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at spencerhiringco.com/terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
