4. Identity Verification

We use Persona (withpersona.com), a third-party identity verification service, to confirm the identity of qualified job applicants before providing interview booking links. This verification may collect:

  • Government-issued photo identification
  • A real-time selfie or facial scan (biometric data)
  • Device and location metadata

By completing identity verification, you consent to Persona’s collection and processing of this data under their Privacy Policy at withpersona.com/privacy. We do not store your biometric data directly. Verification records are retained by Persona per their data retention policies.

Identity verification is used solely to confirm that the person appearing for an interview is the same individual who was screened and approved. It is not used as a screening or eligibility tool, and no adverse action is taken based on the content of your identification.

5. SMS & Text Message Communication

By submitting an application or texting our number, you consent to receive text messages from Spencer Hiring Co. / Totality LLC regarding your application, interview scheduling, and hiring updates.

6. AI-Powered Systems

Our hiring process uses AI-powered automated systems for applicant intake, screening, scheduling, and follow-up communications. These systems may operate under a designated name and are not human representatives. All final hiring decisions are made by client businesses, not by our automated systems. You may request human assistance at any time by replying HUMAN or contacting us at 307.250.6079.

7. Applicant Consent to Share Information with Client Businesses

By submitting an application, resume, or any job-seeking information through Spencer Hiring Co. or Totality LLC — whether via text message, online form, keyword response, or any other channel — you expressly consent to Spencer Hiring Co. and Totality LLC sharing your application materials, contact information, work history, screening responses, and any other information you provide with client businesses at our sole discretion for hiring consideration.

This sharing is the core function of our service. We act as an intermediary between job seekers and hiring businesses, and your information may be forwarded to one or more client businesses based on position fit without individual notification for each instance of sharing.

If you do not consent to your information being collected, retained, and shared in this manner, do not provide us with any information through any channel — as submission of any information, communication, or expression of interest through our platforms or systems will be treated as an application and handled accordingly.

8. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely within our CRM platform. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse. Access is limited to Spencer Hiring Co. / Totality LLC personnel and necessary operational systems.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Persona (withpersona.com) — identity verification and biometric processing
  • HighLevel / LeadConnector — CRM and communication platform
  • Stripe — payment processing for client billing
  • GoDaddy — domain and email hosting
